I've tried to improve AL's running cycle.

You can compare the new cycle which is attached with the old one which is
here:

I tried to encode the video in a better quality, but the cycle was always
played back jerky when I did that so I had to use this low bitrate. Perhaps
it is a problem with the encoder I use (Tsunami MPG Encoder).

Suggestions for added realism in the motion etc. are most welcome!
